Location: İstanbul, Turkey

The ‘Küçük Tabaklar’ decor was specially designed for Chef Tamar Bal’s cooking program at Bein Gurme Turkey studios. As the name suggests, the program features a variety of mezze platters. In this context, as the design studio assessed that an Aegean-themed design would be appropriate for the ‘Küçük Tabaklar’ program. The concept is enhanced by the inclusion of a real olive tree placed in the left corner of the decor. The cabinets were custom-made for the project, and the back wall is supported by wooden shelves mounted on a white stone veneer, reflecting a minimalist aesthetic. LED lighting with a daylight color temperature has been integrated beneath the shelves. Photos: Erhan Tarlığ

The project prominently incorporates wooden elements, utilizing a color palette of green and white combined with stone walls, to evoke the ambiance of a kitchen in a quaint Aegean village.
